Tammy, Steve, Jonathan, and crew did a fantastic job with removing the damaged floors and walls and cleaning things up for us. They were also super friendly and made the process as enjoyable as possible. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them!
My basement got semi flooded during Christmas and the whole entire basement floor has to be redone. It took Service Master a while before they get back to me but I decided to go with them and it was the right call. The packing team packed my stuff (Tammy, Cheryl, Steve and Brayden) very carefully and with care. Service master also did a great job with our baseboards afterward and unpacking all our stuffs. Great company, 5/5.

We had flood damage in our house. The team of Tammy, Cheryl, Steve, and Braden came and remediated the damage. The team was friendly and very professional. Tammy kept me updated on their progress and Steve even salted our driveway and walkway as there had been freezing rain prior to their arrival. I highly recommend them! We look forward to the repairs being completed.

After a fire incident in our home, we required a deep cleaning service, and our experience with this team was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan and Josh were our first point of contact, and we truly appreciate their support. They were clear, attentive, and very professional, helping coordinate everything and making the process smooth during a very stressful time. Had a flood in the basement and immediately called Service Master, even before the insurance company. Tammy and Cheryl were great, and as my wife said, it was "refreshing to see two women doing the job" What especially stood out was their care, not only for our personal belongings but more importantly our children, making sure it was alright to use the more "noisy" tools while my one year old daughter was napping.

We just began the process of repairing our basement after a recent flood. Josh Davidson (Project Manager) came to our home to assess the damage. He was very professional and informative and addressed all of our concerns. The following day, Tammy, Steve and Cheryl came to our home to begin the restoration process. All team members were very professional, efficient, sympathetic and caring individuals. They worked quickly but with great care and respect for our home. My basement had a flood, the insurance team chose them to help and I'm so glad they did! Everyone I met during this difficult time was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, kind and professional. I honestly can't recommend them enough. I have never been through anything like this, and they made it easy for me during such a stressful and difficult time. I love that they communicated with me so well every step of the way! Josh is amazing even letting me know when they would be bringing in large equipment so I could lock up my cats so they wouldn't get out. Josh, Rui and Shaun, Grant were all amazing. Edgar the cabinet guy too so friendly, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. My basement looks amazing. I'm actually kind of sad its all over because I'm going to miss Josh answering all my many questions about my home.

Dealt with Terry and Josh, they were very caring and professional during a difficult time. I highly recommend. Very professional and ensured that everything was protected while they worked. They put of plastic barriers where necessary, and protect all flooring with mats etc.
