After a water leak left 5 rooms with damage, Tammy and her crew spent several days at our home to clean up and prep it for repairs. I cannot put into words how much we appreciate the work that they did. The entire crew was punctual, attentive, respectful, and extremely hard-working and we were blown away at how smoothly such a large job was handled. I also want to mention Noah, who oversaw our file and was also very responsive, friendly and explained the entire process in the detail that we needed. A HUGE shout out however goes to Tammy herself! She is the friendliest, most down-to-earth human being and truly treated our home with the same level of respect she would have treated her own. Her attention to detail and work ethic were incredible, and we are beyond grateful. Our 7-year-old actually cried when she left on the last day, as Tammy went out of her way to not only be professional and get the job done well, but to build little relationships with our kids throughout the time that she was here. I wasn't expecting this type of positivity to come out of the misfortune that we experienced, but we would not hesitate to recommend ServiceMaster to friends, family and neighbours. Today was the first day of a basement restoration project from water damage, and I can’t say enough good things about the crew that worked on my basement today. Tamara and Gio were incredibly professional, respectful and incredibly hardworking. Tamara explained everything they were doing and took great care in their work. Having your home turned upside down is stressful, but this team made the entire experience so much easier. They were kind, friendly, and treated my home with genuine respect. I truly appreciate all your hard work and hope Tamara returns to complete the work.

We recently had restoration work completed by ServiceMaster after a small flood in our home, and I wanted to recognize Tammy Knowles for the outstanding job she and her team did to prepare and protect our home prior to the renovations along with the final cleanup afterwards. From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, and incredibly caring. She carefully protected our home, moved our furniture with great care, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Now that the restoration is complete, she has returned with her team to do the final cleaning and move everything back into place. Had a water in our basement due to the huge amount of rain during a recent flash storm. Noah came and assessed the situation. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. He knew what was needed and set expectations. The 3-man crew came later that evening. Leo, Kyler and Geo were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, clean, respectful and efficient. They rolled back the carpet, set up fans and left things to dry out. It was a very positive experience after a stressful (hopefully one-off) occurrence. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this team. Thanks guys.
Over the last few months we went through an unexpected flood and the folks at Service master really came through for us. I can’t say enough good things about this company. After doing the initial demo on our flood damage, we retained them to do the repairs. Taylor and her team packed up our belongings for storage meticulously. Steve did a beautiful job on the drywall, ceilings, and painting. Deny and his team laid down new flooring that looks stunning. Matt finished the baseboards beautifully. Finally, Tammy and her team unpacked our belongings from storage and returned them to their rightful location. I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your house. Their professionalism is unmatched!
Taylor, Tammy, Gisel, Ozzy, and Ellie along with their teams did a great job. We're very happy with the quality of the work and overall efficiency. The team was friendly, polite and thorough. One small suggestion, our reno involved a central area of our small home and there is no way around it. Would have helped to know the extent and timeline in advance to be better prepared for the disruption. Thank you, our home is back to normal.

After a flooding incident, Tammy and Lebric arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and got straight to work. Their friendly demeanor and calm, practical confidence immediately put us at ease. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and left the area clean. Within minutes of them entering our home, we felt reassured that we were in good hands.
We had a lot of water damage over this past winter. It’s been a very stressful time. We were fortunate enough to have Servicemaster help us out with this. Servicemaster was recommended through our insurance company and we are so happy that we had them from drying out the water damage to doing the work right through to the cleanup everything has been amazing. I have not a single complaint. Communication was Easy and smooth. The work they have done was truly amazing. They made this experience that we went through so much less stress stressful a huge thank you again to Josh Davidson, and Josh foot. Brian did a lot of our repair work inside. We could not be happier. He went above and beyond for us!!! Thankyou to the painting crew. I’m not sure of all the names that did are demolition work and put everything back together at the end. I was able to meet Cheryl and Austin Who helped me put everything back into place ( they were so patient with me) a huge thank you to them and to everybody else on the crew who I unfortunately never got to meet. I am leaving this review as a neighbor, not as someone who has used the service, but as someone who lives next door to someone who has had this company in cleaning and repairing for a bit now, I just wanted to say that they are the most kind, respectful, professional people I have met in the long time. Brian is the main contact that we have had next for and he has not only been respectful about noise and different things that he has to plan and do, but he's even helped me when I was trying to lift something heavy from my car. The entire group of people are outstanding and I know the inside. They're doing a wonderful job as well cuz I've touched base with my friends and I'm just really grateful to see such a wonderful local company doing such a wonderful job!

We had a leak in our basement and had to engage with our home insurance company to get it repaired. I am still in the process of doing so, but had Josh visit our home to conduct an inspection and he was fantastic. Showed up right on time, exhibited great communication, honesty and thoroughness. My basement got semi flooded during Christmas and the whole entire basement floor has to be redone. It took Service Master a while before they get back to me but I decided to go with them and it was the right call. The packing team packed my stuff (Tammy, Cheryl, Steve and Brayden) very carefully and with care. Service master also did a great job with our baseboards afterward and unpacking all our stuffs. Great company, 5/5.
